In 2018 installeerde Pronorm BV een permanente installatie in Doha, Qatar. In 2017 is het ontwerp proces begonnen van deze installatie, in opdracht van Pronorm BV heb ik hieraan bij mogen dragen als Light System Designer. Samen met Remco Keepers hebben we in een jaar tijd de gehele sturing voor dit project ontworpen en ontwikkeld. Verdeeld over 6 gevels staan 32 SGM G-Spots en 64 SGM P-5 armaturen opgesteld, de sturing naar deze armaturen verloopt via twee High-End Systems Rack Hogs en een Road Hog 4 voor live events. Doormiddel van ETC Netwerk switches zijn alle armaturen uit te lezen en te controleren. Door de grote afstand tussen alle gevels en controlrooms gaat al het netwerkverkeer over Glasfiber.
Een enorme operatie volgde tijdens de daadwerkelijk installatie, wat geresulteerd heeft in een indrukwekkende installatie.

Ruim drie jaar na dato (2021) zijn we terug voor een permanente Video installatie op Al Kahraba St.

In 2018 Pronorm BV installed a permanent installation in Doha, Qatar. The design process of this installation started in 2017, I was commissioned by Pronorm BV to contribute to this as a Light System Designer. Together with Remco Keepers, we designed and developed the entire control system for this project in one year. Divided over 6 facades, 32 SGM G-Spots and 64 SGM P-5 luminaires are set up, the control of these luminaires is done via two High-End Systems Rack Hogs and a Road Hog 4 for live events. All lights can be read and checked by ETC Network switches. Due to the great distance between all facades and control rooms, all network traffic goes over glass fiber.
A huge operation followed during the actual installation, which resulted in an impressive installation.

More than three years later (2021) we are back for a permanent Video installation on Al Kahraba St.
